My Journey,

I made this blog to track my weight loss. I thought it would be a good way to do it. On my personal I was fallowing some weight loss blogs and that's what really got me to start losing weight. So on here I will put workouts that I do healthy food and just track my progress :)

The last couple of days me and my best friend have been tanning and we wear our swimming suits. Last summer I never would have had the courage to walk around outside in just my suit but I actually don’t look that bad in it. I also never used to wear shorts to school because I hated my legs. I still don’t over like them but I do like them more then I used to and don’t mind wearing them, in fact that’s the only bottoms I have worn haha I am starting to like and appreciate my body

Permalink The picture on the left is my school picture from the beginning of this school year and the one on the right is from just a couple weeks ago. I have one week of school left and I can not believe how different I look haha it really does pay off
